Ram Saran B.K is a 12 years old boy from Nuwakot, Bidur-12 and currently living at Tokha, Kathmandu in rented room. His mother name is Sunita B.K and father name is Tula Bahadur B.K.

After few years of his birth, his parents noticed he had delay in developmental growth. He also suffered from NNS with severe pneumonia, treated at Kanti Children’s Hospital and referred from Trishuli Hospital for meonatal spesis. He wasn’t crying and sucking since birth and seen blueish discoloration and abnormal movements of limbs. He couldn’t go for a regular follow up and physiotherapy treatment.

 His father Tula Bahadur B.K is doing a labor work and mother Sunita B.K is a housewife. Ram Saran has two sisters as his younger sister Roshani B.K is 9 years old studying at class 5 and she is staying with grandparents at village & his elder sister Roshana B.K ran away from home and got engaged at early age. His grandparents aren’t supporting for his treatment because they believe in spiritual things only. Even though his grandparents did not support his parents, they migrated to Kathmandu for his treatment. They learned about NMG services through relatives. After knowing the situation of Ram Saran by NMG, started to support him by regular physiotherapy treatment i.e NDT(Neuro Developmental Therapy), PNF(Propiorecepter Neuromuscular Facilitation), Rood’s approach, sensory integration technique, stretching, passive movement, CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Recreational therapy. None of their family members were affected by this, so they knew nothing about it. After two months of regular physiotherapy treatment, he had made significant progress. He was discharged as his condition improved, and he was cured at home until he was 12 years old. 

His parents are grateful to the organization for giving their child such a life-changing opportunity. They are very happy with the results and really appreciate the services provided by NMG.
