Esther Mangranti is 8 years old an honest and intelligent girl; studies in class Two at Scholastic National Academy (SNA). She is the third child of Mr. KhemrajMangranti and Mrs. LaxmiMangranti. She has two elder sisters and their names are BarshaMangranti and Merry Mangranti. She is the permanent resident of Sangla, Kathmandu which is under developing area of Kathmandu district. Now they are staying at Tokha-11, Kathmandu in a single and congested rented room.
Her father works as a cobbler and mother is a labourer. Her both parents are earning member but their earnings are low and irregular. Recently her father abandoned them and now her mother is taking care of her and her sister. With a single income nowadays her mother is facing many problems. Because of low income now there is a problem to manage hand to mouth also. Esther has a willingness to read and write but her mother can’t afford the school fees and other thing with her single income. So, that her sister, Merry is in hostel far from the family members. Now Esther is so happy to get a golden opportunity to read and write at SNA. This School is providing her schooling, uniform, snacks, stationery etc. Thereby, her family members are very grateful to NMG for the support. In the moment of lockdown her family condition was so awful because at that moment her father can’t work on the road-side as cobbler and their earnings is nominal which wasn’t sufficient to fulfill all the basic needs of the entire family members. It’s really difficult for them to manage two time meal for all the family members. When NMG offered them grocery and stationery items they were appreciated towards the NMG and its respected donors. And after the close of SNA School now currently she is studying in Shree Mansingh Dharma Secondary School.
